You will receive an order confirmation by email after purchasing your annual pass.

The SMK Thy Annual Pass is digital and can be downloaded to the wallet on your phone. When you purchase an annual pass, you will receive a text message with a link to download the pass. You can also download the annual pass from your membership profile here in the webshop.

The SMK Thy Annual Pass gives free access to SMK Thy and is not valid for SMK in Copenhagen.

Practical information about your online membership profile as an annual pass holder

Your SMK Thy Annual Pass will be linked to the email address you enter in the annual pass registration form.

If you are already logged in to your profile in the webshop with the same email address when you complete your purchase, you may need to log out and back in again to see your membership updated on your profile page.

If you are a new customer in the webshop, you can create your profile and choose your password when you complete your purchase.

If you have purchased an SMK Thy Annual Pass without creating an online profile, you can access your online membership profile by using the "Forgot password" function under "Log in". You will then receive a link by email to set your password.
