How to purchase an SMK Thy Annual Pass

The SMK Thy Annual Pass can be purchased online via our webshop and at the Welcome House at SMK Thy. The pass is digital, and you can download it to your digital wallet on your phone.

Would you like to visit SMK in Copenhagen as well?

An SMK Thy Annual Pass gives free access to SMK Thy only, but you get 25% off day tickets to SMK in Copenhagen.

You can also easily upgrade your SMK Thy Annual Pass to the equivalent SMK Annual Pass (SMK Annual Pass 1+1), when you visit the museum in Copenhagen. The upgrade costs DKK 150. The SMK Annual Pass gives access to both SMK in Copenhagen and SMK Thy, as well as a 10% discount in the café and shop in Copenhagen.

Practical information 

Validity

The annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not run for a fixed calendar year, but for 12 months from the day you buy it.

 

Expiry date

You can log in to your membership profile in the webshop at any time to check your expiry date and more..

 

Your annual pass on your smartphone

You can download your annual pass from your membership profile in the webshop to the digital wallet on your phone, whether you use Android or iPhone. When you purchase an SMK Thy Annual Pass, you will also receive a text message with a link to download the pass to your wallet.

 

Returns and complaints

There is a 14-day right of return. However, the right of return lapses as soon as the annual pass is used for the first time.

Access to your membership online

All annual pass holders have an online membership profile. When you purchase online, your membership profile is created at the same time, and you can then log in here in the webshop using the email address and password you entered when you completed your order.

If you purchased your annual pass at the museum, you can activate your online membership profile in the webshop by going to "Log in" and using the "Forgot password" function. Simply enter the email address you provided when your annual pass was set up, and you will receive an email with a link to create your personal password.

 

Renewing your annual pass

You can renew your annual pass at the museum or via our webshop.

 

Lending your annual pass

The annual pass is personal and non-transferable.
