Practical information about your online membership profile as an annual pass holder:

Your SMK Annual Pass is linked to the email address you enter in the annual pass registration form.

If you're already logged into your profile in the webshop using the same email address when you complete your purchase, you may need to log out and log back in again to see your updated membership on your profile page.

If you're a new customer in the webshop, you can create your profile and choose a password when you complete your purchase.

If you have bought an SMK Annual Pass without creating an online profile, you can access your online membership profile by using the "Forgot password" function under "Log in." You will then receive a link via email to set your password.
